John Pocsy
Designer
John Pocsy is a highly skilled designer with extensive experience in interior, architectural and furniture design, whose focus is high-end residential and commercial projects.
John received a BA in Interior Design in his native Hungary, and operated his own self-named design firm for nine years, specializing in residential and commercial design. With a love of form and function, John also lent his skill to exposition and furniture design, receiving award recognition for the latter.
Upon immigrating to the US in 1990, he expanded his knowledge base by completing advanced certification in CAD, which he used for coordination of commercial projects between engineers, architects and designers. After relocating to Naples in 1999, John gained an intimate knowledge of the Neapolitan market by working in several well-known design firms, and further refined his skill set with additional training in landscape and lighting architecture.
Likening design to music, he seeks to create environments in which form, function and aesthetic evoke spacious living.
